Hi, I'm Jess
I'm a health planning consultant, specialising in supporting allied health practices and service providers.
I have over 5 years' experience as a consultant following almost 20 years' experience working in health systems and services as a clinician, a clinical leader and a project manager.
I work with solo practitioners, teams and services to solve problems, build systems, and nurture supportive environments.
I have a passion for communication and partnerships, developed through my clinical career as a Speech Pathologist, and enhanced through my leadership and project management experience.
I take a personalised approach to consulting, bringing curiosity and systems focused thinking to translate complex problems into simple solutions. I draw on my extensive clinical and leadership experience to facilitate, process, synthesise and problem solve and support you to identify issues and areas for growth and change.
